The Branch & Working Hours
Based full-time in the Brisbane workshop, this role offers a great work-life balance while still providing strong earning potential through overtime.
- Standard Monday to Thursday hours and early finish Fridays (flexible start/finish options)
- Regular overtime and weekend work available (at penalty rates)
- Workshop-based with the future potential to upskill on field equipment
- Strong earning potential without the need for FIFO so enjoy going home each night!
The Role & Machinery
As a PD tech, you will play a key role in maintaining machinery performance and supporting both workshop and field operations.
- Working to orders, electrical swaps, Estops, lights, delivery checks
- Basic services / check overs - oil, electrics, mechanics
- Warranty work and minor repairs
- Working to diagrams, schematics and client requests
- Quality control checks and supporting the team
Your Value
You are a trade-qualified light vehicle mechanic who has strong electrical knowledge, takes pride in quality of work, good communication and able to work well to processes.
- Experience with light vehicles and strong electrical knowledge
- Basic earthmoving or civil experience is highly advantageous
- Confident working independently with positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
- Exposure to hydraulics and basic electrics
- Looking for a long-term role with real earning potential
