The Company

Our client is a boutique residential builder specializing in architecturally designed custom homes, renovations and extensions. The team works closely with clients, architects and designers to bring considered, detail-driven builds to life and they have build a reputations for producing refined homes across Melbourne's inner and bayside suburbs.

The Role

With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Construction Coordinator/Junior Contract Administrator to join their growing team and provide key administrative support. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting estimating and tendering of projects (up to $4M)
• Contract administration - drafting contracts, managing variations, scheduling
• Taking clients through design meetings
• Coordinating trades and ordering materials
• Managing defects stage

About You

• Strong administrative background, from within the residential construction industry, ideally with exposure to Custom Homes
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
