About the Company
Our client is a highly respected residential builder with a long-standing history and consistent project pipeline across key growth regions including Greater Sydney, Newcastle, and the Hunter. Operating across a broad spectrum of housing, from knockdown rebuilds to custom homes and house & land packages - they maintain a strong presence in the detached home space, with steady volumes and a loyal client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality construction drawings and documentation using Revit
- Amend plans and specifications in line with client selections, design changes, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with the design and pre-construction teams to ensure documentation aligns with build and compliance standards
- Manage plan revisions and updates efficiently to support smooth project progression
- Ensure all drawings adhere to company design standards, council, and NCC regulations
About You:
- 5+ years' experience as a Draftsperson within the residential construction industry
- Proficient in Revit is required
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, BASIX, and NSW planning regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
