The Role
We are seeking an Estimating Team Lead to take ownership of the estimating function. You will oversee production estimating across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across BOQs, take offs, and pricing.

Leading from the front, you will mentor and support the estimators, manage workflows, and work closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure projects are commercially sound and delivered smoothly from concept through to construction. You will also play a key role in improving systems, maintaining price books, and driving continuous improvement across the estimating function.

Requirements
* Proven experience in volume building or custom home estimating in a senior or leadership capacity
* Strong knowledge of take offs, BOQs, supplier pricing, and cost analysis
* Experience mentoring, leading, or supporting estimators
* Ability to manage team output, priorities, and deadlines
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator across internal teams and external suppliers
