The Role & Roster

You'll be part of a tight-knit team underground, performing a range of essential tasks:

• Operate and maintain graders and other site equipment
• Follow strict site safety procedures and guidelines
• Meet shift and swing KPIs while keeping operations smooth
• Report and assist with maintenance on machinery
• 8:6 FIFO roster to maximise lifestyle and minimise travel within QLD

Your Value

This role suits someone with experience on graders who wants to take the next step in their career. A good attitude, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach will make you stand out.

• Experienced with CAT M-Series graders or similar
• Able to pass a pre-employment mining medical
• Hold a current Australian driver's license
• National Police Check may be required
• Prior mining experience is a bonus but not essential
