About the role
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing updates and responding to enquiries throughout the build.
-Maintain regular communication with clients regarding construction progress, key milestones, and upcoming stages of their home build.
-Work closely with site supervisors and construction teams to obtain accurate build updates and relay information to clients.
-Manage client communication regarding construction variations, ensuring changes are documented and processed through the appropriate internal teams
-Assist in managing expectations around build timelines, construction processes, and site access requirements.
-Assist in preparing clients for handover by coordinating final inspections, defect lists, and completion documentation.
What you need
-Previous experience in residential home building, construction administration, or client-facing roles within Queensland home builders.
-Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, site supervisors, trades, and internal office teams.
-Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise across multiple builds and meet deadlines for each stage.
-Experience in construction documentation, contract management, or handling client variations in a residential building environment.
-Knowledge of Queensland residential building regulations, council approvals, and construction processes, including framing, lock-up, fit-out, and handover stages.
