Company Summary:

I've partnered exclusively with a national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 and gearing up for a busy year with work secured until 2029.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.

My client is a looking for x 2 experienced Contracts Administrators/Senior Contracts Administrators to join their Gold Coast team due to recent project wins and growth.

Diverse commercial project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! X 2 projects (x1 CA for each project) centrally located on the Gold Coast.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
• JOBPAC is a must!
• Strong forecasting and cost reporting skills.
• Diverse commercial project experience.
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for x 2 experienced Contracts Administrators/Senior Contractors Administrators to join the team in their Gold Coast office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
