Great opportunity for an experienced Sales Estimator to join a luxury, bespoke home builder in an exciting new role

The Client

A Melbourne-based luxury residential builder specialising in bespoke single homes and premium multi-unit projects. With a focus on modern construction techniques and sustainable building practices, their process is collaborative and client-centric.

They are seeking a Sales Estimator to join the growing team, with a focus on design and build projects.

The Role

  • Prepare accurate sales estimates for custom residential projects
  • Interpret concept plans and specifications to cost materials, labour and time
  • Obtain relevant quotes and pricing from suppliers
  • Produce accurate documentation within budgeted timelines

About you

  • Significant experience in a similar Sales Estimating position with a custom home builder
  • Be confident interpreting concept plans and contributing to design process
  • Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
