Joinery Estimator

• Estimate commercial joinery fit-outs up to $2m
• Earn up to $160k total package

The Role:

• Preparing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs for a wide range of commercial joinery packages across multiple projects
• Pricing materials, labour, and finishes with a strong focus on accuracy, value engineering, and margin control
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers to secure competitive rates while maintaining quality standards
• Issuing clear and comprehensive documentation to third-party subcontractors to obtain accurate and timely pricing
• Compiling, reviewing, and submitting professional tender submissions to clients within required timeframe
• Managing multiple tenders simultaneously across varying project values, priorities, and deadlines

About you:

• Proven experience estimating commercial joinery projects
• Trade Qualifications will be highly regarded with strong understanding of construction methods
• Able to work independently while following established processes
• Practical, delivery-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
