The Work

Working autonomously in the field, you'll attend breakdowns and carry out diagnostics, repairs and fault finding across a wide range of civil earthmoving equipment.

The role includes:

• Monday to Friday hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Regular daily overtime available (up to 6am-5pm if desired)
• Saturday overtime available when required
• Excellent earning potential through consistent OT
• Modern, fully equipped service ute with fuel card
• Travel straight from home to site

Your Value

This role suits an experienced diesel mechanic who enjoys field service work, autonomy and technical problem-solving.

You'll bring:

• Diesel trade qualification (or LV with relevant experience)
• 1-2+ years' experience in field service or breakdown support
• Civil earthmoving machinery experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to manage your own workload and schedule
• Professional customer-facing approach and pride in workmanship
• Motivation to work solid hours and maximise earnings

The Opportunity

Based from the Dandenong branch, this is a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing dealership offering consistent work and excellent support.

• Hourly rates from $45.00ph to $50.00ph + super
• Overtime paid at attractive rates
• Consistent 10-hour days available Monday to Friday
• Optional double time Saturdays
