The company:
Join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture. As a result of strong growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their close-knit team.
The Role:
- Provide accurate sales estimates and quotes as per clients' requests
- Deliver timely and accurate project budgets
- Oversee all documentation to contractors/suppliers
- Identify and resolve construction issues during negotiation and contract stages
- Prepare take-offs to determine material and labour budgets
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience estimating in the residential construction space
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with estimating software
- A strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
