Our client is a well-established custom home builder with a strong reputation across Western and South-West Sydney, now buidling their portfolio into the Southern Highlands and Illawarra regions. Delivering high-quality, design-driven residential projects. With a growing pipeline of over 150+ omes currently underway, they are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join their collaborative sales team.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to manage the full end-to-end sales process across multiple display home locations. While each display typically has a dedicated Consultant, this role requires flexibility to float between displays across Illawarra and South West Sydney.
Managing and converting sales enquiries and leads
Conducting client meetings, display walkthroughs, and consultations
Preparing and presenting tenders and contracts
Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
Managing sitings when required
Mentoring and supporting a Sales Associate
Achieving monthly sales targets
Competitive base salary of $75k + superannuation
1% commission paid progressively (50% on tender acceptance, 50% on contract signing)
