About the builder ⭐

Our client is a leading residential builder in Southeast Queensland, specialising in high-quality, semi-detached and display homes. Known for strong customer relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional homes, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion, with a focus on display strategies and network growth over the next 12 months.

They are seeking a Buidling Coordinator/Pre Site Coordinator to join their pre-construction team. This role is ideal for a motivated and organised professional with experience in residential construction administration, permits, and pre-site processes (very much an all rounder).

  • Coordinate and prepare building contracts, including HIA building contracts and REIQ property contracts
  • Liaise with internal teams, councils, and certifiers to manage permits and approvals
  • Ensure all pre-site requirements are completed within set timeframes
  • Manage and update client files and CRM systems with accuracy
  • Respond promptly to client queries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule and coordinate contract appointments and follow-up communication
  • Assist with administrative support across the pre-site team

To Be Successful in This Role:

  • Experience in residential construction administration, ideally with a volume home builder
  • Strong knowledge of pre-construction processes, permits, approvals, and contract documentation
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, certifiers, councils, and internal teams
  • High attention to detail with strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn internal software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach
