This highly reputable Home Builder has seen significant growth across there 2 divisions of the business. As one of the fastest growing and upcoming builders in the industry, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor that will allow them to capitalise and sustain their growth well into the rest of 2026 and beyond.

Running both a retail display model and servicing various investment channels, this builder is very well placed to maximise the volume of sales across various sectors of the industry.

The Role

• Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
• Programming of works to meet minimum time frames
• Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
• Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and staff
• Scheduling and running projects from planning/programming stage through to completion

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in residential construction, managing or working on new home projects
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
• Trade Qualification in Carpentry or similar/QBCC Site Supervisors License
• Highly organised with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Excellent presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
