About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site teams across commercial, residential, and industrial projects in NSW. If you're a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and experience managing teams, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead on-site plumbing teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients on site.
- Mentor and guide apprentices and team members.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage resources, tools, and materials on site efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber on commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve on site and keep projects on track.
- High attention to safety and quality.
