Project Manager leading on luxury developments and commercial projects with a dynamic team based in Sydney's CBD.

  • Manage luxury residential developments and large commercial projects end-to-end
  • Dynamic, positive, motivated, and supportive team - no micro-managing

The Role:

  • Manage project handover from sales, review drawings, and lead coordination meetings with architects, drafting, and internal teams
  • Oversee materials, take-offs, sample board approvals, shop drawings, and production documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate site requirements including wall priorities, measurements, templates, and site inspections
  • Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and installations, including organising the first week of install and logistics
  • Prepare installation programs, cutting lists, and documentation for materials supplied directly to site
  • Manage variations, resolve design or production issues, and provide immediate solutions to keep projects on track
  • Track installation progress, budgets, job costing, claims, and participate in weekly and monthly financial meetings
  • Liaise directly with builders and architects demonstrating excellent communication and ensure the project runs seamlessly from inception to completion


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Two years' experience as a Project Manager at minimum
  • Strong rapport building skills, developing long and lasting relationships with clients
  • Experience working on commercial projects and exposure to luxury residential projects would be a bonus
  • A professional and positive attitude including presentation
  • The ability to solve problems effectively, demonstrating strong initiative and a 'can do' mentality
  • Proven ability to manage risk, work under pressure, and stick to processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all channels
