I've partnered with a WA head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning decades of proven success delivering projects up to $40m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful 2025 and gearing up for a busy end to 2025/2026 with a strong future pipeline confirmed.

My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join due to recent project wins and growth.

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
• Commercial, industrial or similar project experience.
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
• Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
• Strong past tenure with employers.
• Team player who loves a challenge!
• Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
