Project Manager

An established and well-regarded contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial projects in Perth.

This is a high-impact role suited to a commercially astute leader with a proven background in managing large-scale commercial construction developments. You'll take ownership of a major build, backed by a capable delivery team and a long pipeline of future work.

The Opportunity

You'll manage all phases of construction, from early procurement and stakeholder engagement through to handover. As the key point of contact across consultants, clients, and subcontractors, you'll ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery.

• Managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance

• Driving procurement strategy and contract administration

• Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders

• Mentoring and leading site and project teams to ensure excellence on-site

• Ensuring safety, quality, and program objectives are achieved throughout

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Project Manager on large commercial builds

• Proven track record delivering complex projects $20M+ in value

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders

• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts

• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
