Company Summary:

My client is a well-known Queensland developer builder with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 20 years of proven success delivering projects up to $150m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful 2025 and gearing up for a busy start to 2026 with work secured until 2031+. They are now hiring an experienced Project Manager due to growth.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial and Residential Construction industries on projects between $20m - $100m+

• 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role
• Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5-10 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+
