Your Responsibilities
As a Longhole Driller, you will be responsible for safe and efficient production drilling, including:

• Setting up, operating and maintaining DL321 or DL421 longhole drills.
• Reading and interpreting drill plans to meet production and accuracy targets.
• Monitoring ground conditions and drilling performance.
• Completing daily machine checks, basic troubleshooting & reporting defects.
• Working closely with survey, charge-up and production teams to keep the cycle moving.
• Upholding strict safety standards and following all site procedures.

About You
We're seeking reliable, safety-focused operators with:

• Proven experience operating DL321, DL421 or similar longhole production drills.
• Strong understanding of underground hard-rock mining processes.
• Ability to read plans and work independently to meet targets.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid WA manual driver's licence (unrestricted).
