This role suits someone who thrives on communication, organisation, and client relationships. As the Client Liaison / Coordinator, you'll manage projects from Sales Accept through to completion, working closely with clients, internal departments, and site teams to ensure each build runs smoothly. You'll be the key contact for clients, providing updates, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
You'll join a friendly, fast-moving team that values professionalism, collaboration, and attention to detail - all while maintaining a realistic workload.
Experience in a similar CRC / Client Liaison / Project Coordination role within residential construction
Knowledge of KDRB or custom home building processes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
$85-95k + super
