Looking for an experienced estimator in the insurance building space!
My client are a family owned boutique insurance builder operating across SEQ - this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that values its people, invests in development, and takes pride in every project.
As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for domestic and commercial insurance repairs. You'll work closely with their supervisors, clients, and insurers to ensure jobs are set up for success from the very start.
Prepare detailed insurance repair estimates for domestic and commercial claims
Work collaboratively within the team
Maintain accurate documentation and records in the system
Ensure estimates meet insurer and company standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Proven experience in insurance building estimation
Strong understanding of domestic and commercial building repairs and materials
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Trade qualification background (preferred)
