Looking for an experienced project manager in the insurance building space!
My client is a well-established insurance builder, known for quality workmanship, a supportive team culture, and genuine opportunities for growth.
This is a hands-on Project Management position overseeing domestic insurance repair projects from start to finish - no estimating required.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple jobs at once, coordinating trades, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
Manage a portfolio of domestic insurance claims through the repair stage
Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors
Liaise with homeowners, assessors, and insurance partners
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
Maintain accurate job documentation and updates in the system
Proven experience in insurance building supervision
Strong organisational and communication skills
A solid understanding of domestic building processes
Trade qualification or Building/Construction background
Current driver's licence
A stable, reputable company with long-term client relationships
Supportive management and admin team
