With a growing pipeline of work in the data centre sector, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead high-profile mechanical services projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, commercial control, and quality outcomes. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Manage large-scale HVAC projects.
Lead and mentor project engineers, site managers, and delivery teams.
Oversee design coordination, procurement, scheduling, and commissioning.
Drive quality, safety, and commercial performance across all project stages.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing major HVAC or mechanical services projects is essential.
Exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments is highly regarded.
Strong commercial, technical, and leadership capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mechanical trade or engineering qualification preferred.
