Experienced Site Manager needed for a commercial project in Mount Barker. Full-time role with a national builder. Immediate start available.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to run a commercial project based in Mount Barker. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, keeps things running smoothly on-site, and knows how to lead a team - we'd love to hear from you.

You'll be joining a reputable national construction company with a solid pipeline of work across South Australia. This is a great chance to get stuck into a project from the ground up, with support from a strong project and office team behind you.

What the Role Involves

• Running day-to-day site operations

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors

• Making sure safety standards are followed at all times

• Keeping the job on track with timelines and budgets

• Working closely with the PM and other stakeholders

• Managing site paperwork, reports, and meetings

• Keeping quality high and solving issues as they come up

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction or fitout projects

• Strong people and communication skills - you know how to lead a team

• Solid understanding of safety and compliance on site

• Trade background or relevant qualifications

• White Card and current driver's license

• Ability to plan ahead, stay organised, and make decisions on the go
