Site Manager

Site Manager needed for fitout & small build projects(up to $10M). Supportive team, great culture, real growth. Hands-on role with variety.

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial construction business with a strong pipeline of projects across the fitout and small build space (typically up to $10M). With work spanning a range of sectors-retail, office, hospitality, education and more-they're known for delivering high-quality outcomes with a down-to-earth, team-first approach.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Manager who's confident running fast-paced commercial projects, can lead from the front, and isn't afraid to get stuck in when needed.

You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects on-site, with support from a strong PM team and a business that genuinely backs its people.



Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations
  
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  
• Drive timelines, safety, and quality standards on-site
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver smooth outcomes
  
• Mentor and support apprentices and junior team members
  
• Maintain site documentation and compliance
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction & fitout projects
  
• Trade background preferred
  
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, safety, and compliance
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a team-focused mindset
  
• Someone who brings good energy and enjoys building relationships on-site
