Looking for a career-defining role in luxury residential construction? This is an opportunity to join a high-end builder delivering bespoke homes valued between $2m-$8m. You'll work closely with clients from the moment they sign their contract right through to handover, ensuring a seamless journey and exceptional experience.

About the Role
As Contracts Administrator, you'll be the key liaison for clients throughout the build process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding clients from contract signing to project completion

• Managing the client selections process and ensuring all specifications are documented accurately

• Acting as the main point of contact for all client communications

• Preparing and administering building contracts, variations, and progress claims

• Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

• Monitoring budgets, cost tracking, and reporting

• Supporting the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential construction (luxury or custom homes highly regarded)

• Strong knowledge of building contracts, legislation, and compliance

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Confident communicator who can build trust with high-end clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
