Our Client has been producing single storey, double storey, dual occupancy homes, and house and land packages in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong for the past 30 + years, building over 500 + homes annually. This builder has developed strong relationships with well-known industry partners to deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price.

This builder has an ongoing commitment to provide a high level of support throughout the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages to their customers. We are looking for a Sales Estimator to join their team.

The Role
As a Sales Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate costings, variations, and tender documentation to support our sales and construction teams. You'll ensure every estimate is precise, competitive, and delivered on time, playing a vital role in bringing our clients' dream homes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check accurate sales estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
• Manage variations and client requests with efficiency and attention to detail
• Work closely with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies, building codes, and standards

About You:

• Previous experience in Sales or Production Estimating within residential / project home building
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing
• Proficiency in Databuild or Buildxact is preferred but not essential for this role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines
