Their Estimating Team is expanding and this is the perfect opportunity an experienced Sales Estimator looking to take on a new challenge with a longstanding business and team.

Duties

• Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins.
• Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided.
• Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List.
• Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products.
• Obtain and interpret pre-requisites for contract preparation.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder
• Proven experience using Databuild
• Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
• High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
