The Opportunity

You'll step into a key commercial role, supporting the successful delivery of high-value residential builds. As Contracts Administrator, you'll manage all contract and financial documentation, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are running smoothly from a compliance and cost control perspective.

Working closely with both the Project Manager and Director, you'll be involved throughout the life of the build, helping ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Contract & Documentation Management
  • Cost Tracking & Progress Claims
  • Project Coordination
  • Stakeholder Liaison

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within construction
  • Comfortable working with building contracts, especially Master Builders agreements
  • Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of residential building processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems
  • Clear communicator with a proactive and organised approach
