ABOUT THE COMPANY

Marble has currently partnered with Queensland's fastest growing modular builder and is now on the lookout for a highly experienced construction manager based on the Sunshine Coast to lead the team. Backed by a national brand, our client is expanding into modular homes to help make housing across Australia more affordable and accessible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the modular construction industry and is looking to work with a team to collaboratively grow this arm of the business. You will be managing the carpentry team in the factory as well as working closely with the operations department.

The role is purely based in the factory, ensuring a smooth process throughout each project while motivating the team to work towards deadlines and timeframes. As well as this, you will support with team growth, so experience in this is essential. This role is designed for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and be a part of the challenge of growing the business alongside other like-minded individuals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum 3+ years working within the modular industry
• QBCC Building license is essential
• Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management

• Salary will be $130k + Super. The salary can vary depending on experience
