HVAC Project Manager - Lead Major Builds Across Adelaide
The Company
Our client is a well-established mechanical services contractor. With decades of industry experience, they are a go-to partner for major builders in the Tier II space across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and retail.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth in the Adelaide market, they are now looking to appoint an experienced HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale projects.
The Role
As HVAC Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in steering projects from initial planning through to final delivery. You'll be accountable for timelines, budgets, quality, and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, ensuring scope, cost, and time objectives are met
Prepare and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
Coordinate site activity with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks
What You Bring
Proven background managing mechanical or HVAC projects
Experience delivering work for Tier I or Tier II commercial builders
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and specifications
