Are you a driven Construction Supervisor looking to step into a role with variety, responsibility, and genuine career progression? This is an opportunity to join a well-respected builder delivering high-quality townhouse projects across metropolitan Adelaide.
About the Role
You'll oversee three urban residential sites in key locations including Prospect, Modbury, and Kilburn. Projects range from two-level townhouse developments for private developers through to single-level government builds, giving you exposure to both private and public sector work.
With only three sites under your direct management, you'll have the capacity to maintain tight quality control, lead subcontractors effectively, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

About You
Previous experience supervising residential townhouse or medium-density projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build rapport with subcontractors and clients
Knowledge of Adelaide construction standards, WHS requirements, and quality management processes
Driven, organised, and committed to delivering projects with pride
