As Project Manager, you'll take charge of projects where performance, compliance, and innovation are non-negotiable - from precision-controlled environments to high-security spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to handover on complex construction sites.
• Coordinate teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth, compliant delivery.
• Drive project performance across time, cost, and quality targets.
• Maintain rigorous safety, environmental, and procedural standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You

• 5+ years' experience managing construction projects with a technical or controlled environment component.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects with strict regulatory, cleanliness, or security requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Deep understanding of construction codes, safety protocols, and compliance processes.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
