Lead multiple minor works and upgrade projects with an established Fire Protection Contractor that delivers high-quality wet and dry fire systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors.

The Role
You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple minor works projects including system upgrades, refurbishments, and compliance works. This role is perfect for a hands-on Project Manager or Senior Site Supervisor ready to step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee minor works projects from initial scope to completion.

• Manage budgets, timelines, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

• Ensure compliance with AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670, NCC/BCA and project specifications.

• Conduct site visits, progress reporting, and client meetings.

• Work closely with design, service, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within fire protection, building services, or construction.

• Strong knowledge of wet and dry fire systems.

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Sound understanding of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA.
