As Contract Administrator, you'll work closely with project teams to manage financial and contractual responsibilities across highly controlled and specification-driven construction environments. You'll be supported by a team that values sharp thinking, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Manage variations, progress claims, RFI registers, and contract compliance.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of complex builds.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting to support audit and compliance standards.

About You

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
• Proven experience supporting projects with technical, high-specification requirements.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost tracking, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
