Are you an experienced Fire Protection Designer with experience in wet and dry fire systems? This is your opportunity to join a respected and growing fire services contractor delivering major projects across NSW.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and compliant fire protection system designs in accordance with AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670, and relevant Australian Standards.
Prepare detailed AutoCAD and Revit models for wet fire and dry fire systems.
Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure design coordination and constructability.
Apply knowledge of BCA/NCC compliance and project specifications.
Review shop drawings, mark-ups, and as-built documentation.
Participate in design meetings and liaise with clients, builders, and certifiers.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fire Protection Designer across wet and dry systems.
Strong understanding of AS 2118, AS 2419, AS 1670, NCC/BCA and other relevant codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks (AutoSPRINK beneficial).
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
