We're partnered with a long standing commercial builder here in Melbourne who are in the market for a Senior CA to come on board
- Join a long standing large Tier 3 Builder here in VIC
- Opportunity to mentor a team of CA's
- Work on high profile projects up to $50m
With the support of a very highly respected commercial manager, you'll take charge of the following;
- Active involvement in high profile projects from tender stage through to handover
- Oversight of projects cashflow, including monthly reporting
- Head contract / client progress, variation, and EOT claims
- Commercial risk mitigation
- Mentorship and development of Junior members of staff
