About the Company:
Marble has partnered with a long-standing, well-respected HVAC firm known for delivering high-quality service and maintenance solutions across the commercial space. With strong growth and a full pipeline of work, they're now looking for an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead their service division.

The Role:
As the HVAC Service Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day service operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and ensure service delivery meets the company's high standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining client relationships, managing workflow, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance work

• Lead and support a team of field technicians

• Manage scheduling, client communication, and job progress

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting when needed

• Drive continuous improvement across service delivery

About You:

• Qualified HVAC technician with Cert III (Mechanical) or equivalent

• Experience in a service management or senior technician role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage teams and workflow efficiently

• Commercial HVAC experience
