About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to be the face of our business at our display home and main office. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through one of life's most exciting decisions - building their dream home.

If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this is your chance to step into a rewarding and fast-paced role.

We are seeking a hungry self starter who's intrinsically motiavted and wants to be a high achiever.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage visitors in our display homes

• Qualify leads and manage the customer journey through to contract

• Present floorplans, land options, and packages tailored to client needs

• Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate records and follow-up using CRM systems

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in new home sales is essential

• Strong understanding of greenfield estates and residential building processes

• Passionate about property and helping clients achieve their goals

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Able to work 1-2 weekend days as part of your regular schedule

• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and professional presentation
