As a Draftsperson, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant residential drawings across a range of single and double-storey homes. You'll work closely with internal departments to ensure plans are delivered on time and meet all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and amend site plans, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings
- Ensure designs comply with council and CDC requirements, developer guidelines, and BCA/NCC standards
- Interpret client variations and update plans accordingly
- Liaise with estimators, CSOs, and construction teams to resolve design issues
- Prepare documentation for authority approvals
About You
- Relevant drafting experience within residential construction
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and residential guidelines
- Proficient in Revit
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
