What You'll Be Doing

As a hands-on Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in managing multiple residential builds in the North East Adelaide region. You'll be the go-to on site, ensuring every home is delivered to spec, on time, and with a high level of finish.

✔️ Lead day-to-day site operations with a sharp eye on quality
✔️ Keep builds moving smoothly while maintaining timelines and budgets
✔️ Ensure sites comply with WHS regulations and company standards
✔️ Troubleshoot challenges as they arise - with a solutions-first mindset

About You

You're a confident leader with a calm, practical approach to supervision. You pride yourself on running a tidy, efficient site and building great homes that people love living in.

???? Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
???? In-depth knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
???? Ability to juggle multiple builds and keep everyone on track
???? Strong communicator and natural problem-solver
???? White Card and valid Driver's License required
