Experienced Contract Administrator needed for a well respected commercial builder delivering iconic large scale projects in Adelaide

Are you a Contract Administrator with experience in large-scale commercial projects?
We're working exclusively with one of Australia's most respected builders to recruit a talented and driven Contract Administrator for a major construction project based in Adelaide.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to ensure the successful delivery of all contractual and financial aspects of the project. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and administering subcontractor packages and supplier agreements

  • Assessing and processing progress claims, variations, and EOTs

  • Supporting project cost control, forecasting, and reporting

  • Ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation

  • Liaising with stakeholders to drive positive commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction

  • Sound knowledge of Australian construction contracts (e.g., AS4000)

  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
