About the company:

They are a national HVAC / Mechanical contractor who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team in successfully delivering a large health-care project in Sydney that will be going for the next few years. They work with major tier 1 & 2 builders across the commercial, health-care and other sectors and once this one finishes they will have plenty more projects for you to move on to as well as advancing your career to be a Project Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large projects
• Work with the Project Manager across financial and PI & PL for the project - advancing your knowledge and skill set
• Strong written & verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with major builders, subbies, consultancies etc.
• Work to tight construction deadlines

You will:

• Have a couple years as a Site Manager / Supervisor or a Junior PM - If you are at a tier 2 and looking to step up then this would be perfect for you
• Have plenty of industry knowledge
• Solid verbal & written communication skills
• Be company minded and looking to be here long term
