We are looking for an experience production manager to join a leading business in the shopfitting industry and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
The production manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and motivating the manufacturing team & drafting team
- Provide leadership, training and development of the team.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and maintaining high quality.
- Report on job progress and troubleshoot any production issues.
- Identify and implement new strategies to advance company efficiency.
- Liaise with builders and architects.
- Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment and maintaining a positive work culture
- Oversee and lead 2-3 drafters and ensure projects on schedule.
About you:
- Trade qualified cabinet maker or shopfitter.
- Demonstrated experience as a production manager, drafting manager or similar role, ideally within shopfitting
- Drafting knowledge advantageous
- Be a great communicator and problem solver.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the box.
