Civil Supervisor

• Work on all major infrastructure projects including Major Roads and LXRP's
• Strong background in Civil Construction is necessary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing various civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily leadership and supervision to a crew of construction workers
• Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, general utilities, and basic structural elements
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues promptly, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and other project documentation
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a civil construction supervisory role
• Strong understanding of general civil construction principles, including earthworks, pavements, drainage, general utilities, and aspects of structures
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and implement construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven ability to maintain a safe worksite
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

Experience working for a subcontractor on major road and level crossing removal projects is ideal but not necessary.
