Join a leading shopfitting company, transforming raw spaces into stunning and functional retail environments. My client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Shopfitting Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Seeking and experienced team player who will lead the creation of retail havens from initial project stages to final handover.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • The Shopfitting Journey: Overseeing the entire shopfitting process, from initial client meetings and design approvals to project completion and store opening.
  • Budget & Timeline Maestro: Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring everything runs smoothly and shopfitting elements stay on track.
  • Collaboration is Key: Working closely with clients, designers, contractors, shopfitters, and suppliers to bring their vision to life.
  • Risk Management Pro: Proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, especially those specific to shopfitting challenges.
  • Quality Control Captain: Managing and supervising shopfitting subcontractors, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to quality standards.
  • Documentation is King: Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including detailed shopfitting specifications and drawings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to refining our processes, specifically those related to shopfitting integration and installation.

Who You Are:

  • Experience is Key: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the shopfitting industry.
  • Shopfitting Savvy: Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with a keen understanding of shopfitting costs and lead times.
  • Communication is Crucial: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • The Master of Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • An Eye for Retail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional retail spaces with exceptional shopfitting as a key element.
  • Thriving Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Sustainability Champion: Knowledge of sustainable shopfitting practices and materials.
