The Company
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Liaison Officer to join an established residential builder. You will enjoy a supportive team environment with a diverse range of individuals of varying backgrounds. The Role
- Client Communication and Management
- Keep clients in the loop and handle any issues that arise.
- Build strong relationships with clients and our team.
- Contract Administration:
- Manage contracts and make sure everything is legal and on track.
- Keep an eye on project performance and make sure everyone follows the rules.
- Construction Oversight:
- Get projects off the ground smoothly and make sure everything's in place.
- Lead meetings to set expectations and solve problems early.
- Document Management:
- Keep all project documents organized and up-to-date.
- Construction Administration:
- Guide the construction team and work closely with everyone involved.
- Keep track of progress and update everyone regularly.
- Handover Coordination:
- Transition projects from construction to completion smoothly.
- Make sure all obligations are met before projects over.
What you need
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of the building process.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
