Site Manager – West

The Company:

A renowned builder with a fantastic reputation in the market. They have a strong pipeline of projects commencing construction across Metro and Regional Victoria.

Due to recent growth, they are currently looking to bring on an experienced Site Supervisor to manage a range of homes across the West or Melbourne.

The Role:

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for around 15 - 18 sites which will include single storey and double storey projects. Key responsibilities would include but not be limited to;

• Completion of projects within budget, time and standards
• Maintaining impeccable standards in OHS
• Accurate and timely administration
• Supervise, manage, coordinate site activities
• Provide direction to all sub-contractors and trades persons
• Effectively manage the clients expectations

To be successful you will need:

• At least 12 months experience in residential site management
• Strong people management and customer liaison ability
• Proven experience in a high-volume environment
• Highly organised & Time Efficient
• Trade Qualified not necessary but highly regarded
