My client is one of the most awarded residential home builders in Queensland, leading the way in the market for the past 2 decades, delivering a multifacted workbook throughout SE QLD.

The Role
Reporting to the Drafting Manager, he is one of the most genuine, open and approachable managers in the industry. He is carefully looking to add that next perfect fit to his team.
The Responsibilities:
- Producing accurate plans that comply with Building Standards and company building policy.
- Producing sales design concept drawings within ArchiCAD and construction level drawings including necessary variations
- Amend drawings to suit client's request or to comply with council conditions.
- Checking of covenants and council requirements prior to completing plans
- Working to deadlines and meeting KPIs as set by management.
- Attend workflow and other relevant team meetings as required.
What you need
- Minimum of 2+ years local experience with a residential home builder using Archicad
- Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Proven construction knowledge | Building Codes | Covenants
- Competency with Microsoft Office and ArchiCAD
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
